hotel in Brest

Does anyone know of a decent hotel in Brest, possible close to the control? My girlfriend and her mom might drive to Brest and will need a place to stay; a hotel close to the control would be ideal for me (shower, bed, etc.)  Any ideas?

I am very happy to have news from you and to hear you are coming back
to france to
ride PBP.

I don't remember where the control is in brest, apparently not in the
city center, but I know
two hotel in brest:

this one is close to the police station :
Hôtel de la Rade 6 rue de Siam, 29000 Brest 02.98.44.47.76

and this one is close to the station (railway station)
Hôtel Kélig 12 Rue de Lyon, 29000 Brest 02.98.80.47.21

I stayed here before riding french diagonales and appreciated to be
close to the police
station where I had to control my departure and if you are alone (only
one bike), you will
be authorized to enter the bike in the bedroom !
If you have problems , you may recommend yourself from the
"diagonalists" team, no doubt,
they know us !

otherwise, in Guipavas, on the beginning of th return leg, there is
a : FORMULE 1 hotel
where you can enter at anytime with a credit card but I think it is
far from the control ?

Nice to see you on PBP road or before the start !
