Tacx Neo bike belt tensioner needed

My drive belt on my Tacx Neo smart bike broke today. Garmin says that they are out of stock and none back ordered.  All that they could offer me is to sell me a new frame for $600 plus shipping but then I would have to disassemble and reassemble the Tacx Neo Smart bike.

Fortunately, I found a belt in the UK but now I need to buy or borrow the Neo bike belt tensioner, see attached.  The tenioner is out of stock, too. Garmin said today that they have no plans to reorder any.

Does anyone have a used Tacs Neo bike belt tensioner that I can buy or borrow?
