I am very slowly figuring out how Picasa works - go to http://picasaweb.google.com/pnoris/ and look in any cycling album. There are photos from PBP 1991 / 2003 / 2007, several 1200s, Florida brevets, random brevets, Heart of the South, other  stuff -   . After you select a cycling gallery, click  "add name tags" in the middle on the lright, it's pretty straightforward after that. Once as much name info can be collected as seems likely. I'll donate to RUSA or anyone else that wants to host them.
