how to include covariates

Hi,

I am trying to use random jungle to analyze GWAS data. the PED file generated with --recodeA option is ready. However, beyond SEX, I would like to adjust more covariates in the model, such as age (categorical) and some continuous variables. I didn't find options in the manual to do so. I appreciate your help!
