Is the code still available, or are there instructions to build from svn?

The code in subversion is lacking BUILD/INSTALL instructions. I think
it is also missing some automake configure files to generate the
configure script/makefile. Further, I cannot find any prebuilt
executables now that randomjungle.org is down.
