Modifying sampling strategy

Dear Daniel,

First of all thank you very much for this excellent tool. I and my colleagues find it very useful for our research.

We would like to modify RF a bit for our purposes. As shown here at Meng et al [http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/10/78], sometimes it is better to change the feature sampling strategy based on domain knowledge. In our case, we would like use some weights when sampling features.

We were wondering if you could point us to the relevant parts/files in the code before we start dwelling into the source code?
