Installing on an Ubuntu Linux box

Hello.

I am new to the linux world.  I am trying to install RandomJungle on a Ubuntu 12.04 box to run via R.

Are there any basic instructions on installing the software?  I was not able to find them in the manual.

Thanks for the help.  I am still in the "follow directions" stage of my Linux knowledge.  I love the documentation on running RandomJungle via R, so I should be good to go once I have the software installed.
