Job Description : The Business Analyst’s role in this project will involve 

  • Gathering, analysing and challenging the functional requirements
  • Evaluating the technical solution and assess their feasibility and impact on the business users
  • Designing with the help of users the functional processes and ensure that IS processes are established according to those process
  • Documenting the component of the platform including functional specification, user stories and system requirements.
  • Facilitating the communication between business project’s stakeholders
  • Performing change management As Business analyst the main activities include:
  • Conducting interviews, workshop and analysing existing documentation to gather requirement from business users
  • Breaking down complex processes and systems into manageable components to ease developer's implementation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to refine processes and drive ongoing enhancements
  • Identify bottleneck, inefficiencies and area of improvement in the solution
  • Writing the functional specifications, ensuring a common understanding of the outcomes with development team
  • Documenting functional processes
  • Defining and accompanying activation/transition to the deployed solutions. This includes training plans and user support
  • Providing effective and timely communication to all relevant teams.
  • Providing regular progress report to project management team

 We are currently seeking a talented Java Developer to join our team in Prime Brokerage & Secured Financing Technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sophisticated software for our Fixed Income and Equity trading businesses in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues efficiently.

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce (and good to know Veeva CRM) to drive complex CRM transformation programs.
  • This role requires a hands-on technology leader with strong architecture, delivery, and client-facing experience, particularly in global enterprise environments.
  • The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with technical execution, enabling scalable, high-impact CRM solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the CRM Solution Architecture for large-scale Salesforce and Veeva CRM implementations, ensuring alignment with client business goals and technical ecosystems.
  2. Lead technical discovery, blueprinting, and end-to-end architecture design, covering core CRM, data integrations, security, and scalability.
  3. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to shape client proposals, respond to RFPs, and define high-impact technical solutions.
  4. Serve as the technical advisor to CxOs and senior stakeholders, articulating solution value, architecture direction, and transformation roadmaps.
  5. Oversee implementation governance, including design reviews, technical delivery oversight, and issue resolution during execution phases.
  6. Stay up to date with Salesforce and Veeva platform innovations, product roadmap, and best practices to guide platform strategy and differentiation.
  7. Partner with industry vertical teams (especially Pharma and Life Sciences) to align CRM solutions with domain-specific needs.
  8. Mentor and guide technical teams in Salesforce best practices, integration architecture, DevOps, and enterprise deployment.
  9. What You Bring 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 8+ years focused on Salesforce architecture and delivery; Veeva CRM experience a strong plus.
  10. Proven expertise in designing and leading large CRM programs ($5M+ scale), preferably for global clients in regulated industries.
  11. Strong knowledge of Salesforce core (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and related technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, Analytics).
  12. Experience with system integration, data architecture, security, and compliance in cloud CRM environments.
  13. Demonstrated ability to engage CxO-level stakeholders with strong executive presence and technical influence.
  14. Understanding of pharma/life sciences industry challenges in commercial operations and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
  15. Familiarity with proposal development, technical estimations, and pricing inputs during sales cycles. Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
