Title: Business Analyst

Location : Jacksonville, FL/Onsite (Only locals)

Must have skills : Scrum, Product Owner ,API documentation, MongoDB

 

Job Description : 

• The Techno-Functional Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. 
• This role involves understanding complex business requirements, modeling and validating them, and translating these into detailed specifications for the development team. 
• Additionally, the role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues by analyzing data across databases and APIs before driving solutions with the development team. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze RFP documents and translate them into clear, functional business requirements. 
• Work on solutions that span multiple business areas, involve complex integration points, and impact numerous components. 
• Operate under general direction within a well-defined accountability framework.
• Gather, interpret, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 
• Participate actively in solution design sessions to ensure business needs are effectively addressed. 
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and solution documents. 
• Define success criteria for solution testing and support the validation process. 
• Analyze and decompose existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Perform business process analysis and recommend improvements within assigned projects. 
• Provide continuous support to solution delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Technical / Troubleshooting Responsibilities: 
• Investigate data-related issues to determine root causes before involving the development team.  
• Troubleshoot and analyze data directly in MongoDB to identify inconsistencies or failures. 
• Review and validate API requests and responses, ensuring data flows correctly and spotting integration issues. 
• Collaborate with developers to communicate findings clearly, ensuring efficient resolution of issues. 

 

Required Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex business and technical scenarios. 
• Experience in querying MongoDB and interpreting data structures. 
• Familiarity with APIs, including the ability to read and analyze request/response payloads (JSON, XML). 
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to translate business needs into actionable specifications. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse business and technical stakeholders. 
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and driving issues to closure.

Title: Senior Java Developer with capital Markets/Fixed Income
 Address: - NYC, NY (\ hybrid model /Locals or nearby locations)

Need 15+ years experience 

 

Job Description:
 We are currently seeking a talented Java Developer to join our team in Prime Brokerage & Secured Financing Technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sophisticated software for our Fixed Income and Equity trading businesses in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues efficiently.
• Work with various programming languages and technologies, including Java, Python, Angular, Linux, and SQL.

 

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience with Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring frameworks, such as Spring Boot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with RESTful services.
• Familiarity with Scala or C++.
• Comfortable working with databases like Sybase ASE or DB2, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Prime Brokerage or Securities Financing/Lending is a plus but not mandatory.
