Hi Team, 

We had a solid walking crew last week! That might be the best approach in the heat this week as well.  Team DeFlorio crushed the 5k run!

This week I will be out of town. Thanks to Larry, there are small stakes marking the 1 mile and 1.55 mile turnaround spots.  I will leave the clipboard and a sign on my porch in case anyone is interested in picking them up otherwise, shoot me an email to let me know how it goes!  Have fun! I will see you next week.
