German technical regulation AD 2000 Merkblatt is designed for manufacturing of pressure tanks. The qualification according to the part W0 is required for the manufacture of various materials (such as sheets, tubes, forgings, castings, rods, screws). The material manufacturer is subject to an audit to verify the technical requirements to supply the material for the above mentioned pressure field. The manufacturer is entitled to supply materials to the producers of pressure vessels, which are made according to AD 2000 Merkblatt, after receiving the certification.

AD 2000 Merkblatt was developed for pressure vessel design and manufacture. The certification includes assessment of technical documents, assessment of test reports, assessment of testing procedures, check of the reliability of working procedures and personnel appraisal of materials use. W0 certification for product components and HP0 certification for the products are carried out within the scope of AD 2000 Merkblatt.

The AD 2000 online service provides access to the complete set of English-language versions of Merkbltter making up the AD 2000 Code on Pressure Vessels. These contain all the essential safety requirements to be met in Germany in order to comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU).

These are boiler plates whose quality, processing requirements and properties are regulated by the German technical regulation AD 2000 Merkblatt. Sheets are made from high-strength, fine-grained steels and, thanks to their properties, are suitable for the construction of pressure vessels and other equipment.

This AD 2000-Merkblatt applies to safety accessories guarding against excess pressure for pressure vessels in which an unacceptable excess pressure is prevented by the opening of safety valves or closing of safety shut-off valves1).

EN ISO 3834-2 certification is the international standard of quality requirements for welding and melting of metallic materials. In fact, ISO 9001 certification states that, where necessary, special processes must be identified for the treatment of some kinds of materials.

The ISO 3834-2 standard is an excellent way to meet this requirement and ensure high quality throughout the production process, in fact, compliance with ISO 3834-2 results in an EN standard required for the construction of pressure vessels and therefore, critical to our manufacturing sector.

The AD 2000-HP0 is an essential certification for companies that design and build welded, pressure and non-pressure equipment and structures designed according to the German AD 2000 Merkblatt Code.

The first historical AD 2000-HP0 Fedegari certificate is dated 1985 and it is one of the earliest obtained in the history of our company. It demonstrates how quality has always been the first place in our work.

Die Energieeffizienz eines Gebudes wird nicht nur dadurch beeinflusst, aus welchen Materialien es gebaut und wie seine Energieversorgung aussieht. Auch die Mobilitt der Gebudenutzenden spielt eine entscheidende Rolle. Damit diese mglichst umweltfreundlich ausfllt, mssen verschiedene Parteien Hand in Hand arbeiten.

Nicht zuletzt deshalb hat der SIA 2011 die Dimension Mobilitt in seine Dokumentation Effizienzpfad Energie aufgenommen. Der Effizienzpfad Energie zeigt den Weg zum Bauen im Sinne der 2000-Watt-Gesellschaft auf und enthlt Werte, wie viel nicht erneuerbare Primrenergie (z.B. Minerall) Neu- und Umbauten verbrauchen und wie viel Treibhausgase sie verursachen drfen. Gebude an optimalen Standorten und mit optimiertem Mobilittsangebot sind deutlich energieeffizienter, schrieb der SIA bei der Einfhrung des entsprechenden Merkblatts SIA 2039. Erarbeitet hat dieses eine Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Hochschule Luzern und des Planungsbros Jud.
