Runners,
A VERY special run Saturday morning followed by a pancake breakfast at the Cowtown office (1612 Park Place Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76110 ). Please note the 6:30 am start time. Parking will be at the Cooks Children Clinic, corner of 8th Ave and Park Place. Heidi will have the office open early for anyone that wishes to use the bathroom facilities before the start of the run. PLEASE plan to arrive early so we can stat promptly at 6:30.
If you are not running Saturday, or have not run with us in a while, your are more than welcome to join us for breakfast and conversation. Good time to catch up with everyone. I would expect that some of the runners will be returning to the Cowtown office by 8 am.
Runners from the Fort Worth Running Company training program will be joining us for the run and breakfast.
Thanks in advance to Heidi and the Cowtown staff and Ray & Laurin for setting the course with 3 water stops.

Laurin worked hard on this...then I made little changes on Waterstop #1. I'm still unsure if that little triangle island where Parkridge blvd and Benbrook blvd meet will hold a little waterstop. I'll drive it tomorrow and see. Second stop in Overton park is the standard location that will be the main supply stop.
We added a 3rd little stop by crestline, since it seemed to be quite a distance from Overton park back to the office.
I'll drop the griddle off sometime in the week.
