Does RancherOS support cgroup?

I ran ps with -o cgroup option and got bad -o argument message.
Is cgroup supported by RancherOS?
If yes, how resources are divided between system and user containers? Are they in hierarchical or peer relationship?

RancherOS supports cgroups, because Docker is built on them. However, cgroups are currently (RancherOS v0.3.3) not mounted in our 'console' containers. That's why you're seeing this behaviour.

If there is a big need for cgroup to be mounted in our ‘console’ containers, please file an issue in GitHub. If enough users want it as well, we can prioritize it.
