Yes there is a fix in 0.3.2 that will hopefully be released Monday. Regarding changing IPs, after 0.3.2 is released what will happen is that after reboot Rancher will detect the changed IP and you should see that reflected in the UI. Unfortunately we do not dynamically update the networking rules when an IP changes so you may need to restart the network agent. There's a good chance you won't need to, but there is a race condition condition there.
