FORMAT & WORKFLOW OF THE CONFERENCE
1.
ICIIP-2021 invites original INVENTION/ IDEA/ INNOVATION needs to be transformed into a patent.
2.
The conference team will convert your accepted INVENTION/ IDEA/ INNOVATION document into a patentable document.
3.
Patentable Documents will be filed on behalf of inventors by the
Conference team.
4.
All the accepted INVENTION/
IDEA/ INNOVATION will be published in “INDIAN
OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE PATENTS”
well before the conference.
5.
Your INVENTION/ IDEA/ INNOVATION
will remain secure with the team.
6.
All the inventors of the “published
patent documents” will be invited for presentation on the date of the conference.
7.
In the Conference, INVENTORS will get the OPPORTUNITY to present
their INVENTION/ IDEA/ INNOVATION to
the VC’s/ Investors/ MSME professionals’ team securely.
8.
* Post Conference GRANT assistance will be
provided to the published patents of the ICIIP-2021.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
The steps to be followed while
submitting your invention/idea/innovation for patent are as follows:
1.
All
submissions of patent ideas and innovations will be made via easy chair (A
reputed, very secure submission portal)
2.
Before
submitting your invention/idea/innovation-based document, kindly read and
sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Information Disclosure Form (IDF)
documents.
3.
You
have to fill the agreement-based document by inserting your name with
affiliation and signature. That also means you have read all the terms and
conditions. Your signed documents are stored digitally in our secure database.
4.
Answer
each question in the Information Disclosure Form (IDF) elaborately and
correctly. Then, specialists will design your patent document based on the information
you will provide.
5. Kindly
combine the Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Information Disclosure Form
(IDF) in a single pdf and upload it via easy chair.
6.
While
filling the names of Inventors on easy-chair, kindly fill all the inventors’
names at the time of registration only.
