We are pleased to inform you that the Electronics and ICT Academy (Phase II) at PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur is organizing a 40-hour Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Next Generation Multimedia Processing: Fundamentals to Research from 22 to 26 June 2026.
This programme is being conducted in association with ABV-IIITM Gwalior and IIITDM Jabalpur.
Course Contents:
The OFDP is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of emerging multimedia technologies, recent innovations, and their real-world applications in intelligent digital and communication systems. The program aims to equip participants with theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to advanced topics such as Multimodal Artificial Intelligence, Generative Content Synthesis, Intelligent Media Compression, and 3D Signal Processing techniques. It also covers Spatial Audio Engineering, Edge-Based Media Processing, Multimedia Security and Forensics, and Multimedia Quality Assessment for modern multimedia applications. Through expert lectures, interactive discussions, hands-on laboratory sessions, and research-oriented activities, the FDP enables academicians, researchers, and professionals to explore innovative solutions and strengthen their teaching, research, and technology development capabilities in next-generation multimedia systems and intelligent media applications.
