2. Bentham Science will provide each corresponding author with one electronic or hard copy.
3. Worldwide circulation through Bentham Science Publishers.
Scope of the Book:
The Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is a network of cars equipped with sensors, software, and technology to communicate and exchange data over the Internet according to agreed standards. IoV emerged from VANET, a mobile ad hoc community used for verbal interchange between vehicles and roadside structures, and is anticipated to become an "Internet of self-sufficient autos." IoV could provide self-sustaining, linked, shared, electric Future Mobility (ACES). Road cars use real-time analytics, commodity sensors, and embedded structures. IoV depends on modern infrastructure and architectures that disperse computational load across several processing devices in a network. IoV technology is most often discussed in smart cities and driverless cars. This book lays a good foundation for the core concepts and principles of the internet of vehicles, walking the reader through the fundamental ideas with expert ease. The book progresses on the topics in a step-by-step manner and reinforces theory with a full-fledged pedagogy designed to enhance students' understanding and offer them a practical insight into its applications of it.
Scope of the Book ( not limited to):
- Introduction to the Internet of Vehicles (IoV)
- Vehicular Networks Architecture and its challenges
- Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
- Role of Future Transportation in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV)
- Road safety and transportation efficiency using the Internet of Vehicles (IoV)
- Resource management in the Internet of Vehicles
