  • Day 4: Virtual Lab – Multiple Sequence Alignment & Phylogenetic Tree Construction

  • Day 5: Virtual Lab – Primer Designing

  • Day 6: Virtual Lab – in silico PCR

  • Day 7: Virtual Lab – Plasmid Construction

  • Day 8: Virtual Lab – Restriction Digestion and Ligation

🧬 Protein Based Analysis (Days 9 - 15)

  • Day 9: Virtual Lab – Protein primary sequence analysis

  • Day 10: Virtual Lab – Protein secondary structure prediction

  • Day 11: Virtual Lab – Homology modelling - I

  • Day 12: Virtual Lab – Homology modelling - II

  • Day 13: Virtual Lab – Protein structure validation

  • Day 14: Virtual Lab – Protein interaction studies

  • Day 15: Outline of Omics Data Analysis

Certification:

Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will have a firm grasp of both classical and modern genetics concepts and will be awarded an E-Certificate of Participation.
