Dear All,

We are pleased to announce the 3rd International Conference on Computing and Machine Learning (CML 2026), organized by Department of Computer Applications, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim Manipal University, Majitar, Sikkim, India in collaboration with the Soft Computing Research Society (SCRS). The conference will be held on March 07-08, 2026.

We invite original research contributions in the following areas (but not limited to): Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Computational Infrastructure and Data Systems, Emerging Technologies and Human-Centric Systems and related fields.

Accepted papers will be published in the SCOPUS-indexed Springer Book Series, ‘‘Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems’.

Important Date:

Last date of Full-length Submission: December 27, 2025

Notification of acceptance: February 05, 2026

Registration of accepted Paper: February 20, 2026

Authors are invited to submit their papers through Microsoft CMT at the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CML2026

Submissions must follow the Springer format and should not exceed 12 pages.
