Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to invite you to propose and organize a Special Session at the International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Communication Systems (ICICCS-2026), organized by Birmingham City University, England, United Kingdom. ICICCS-2026 will take place in hybrid mode (offline and online) from 14–16 July 2026 and aims to bring together researchers and practitioners for meaningful exchange on emerging topics in computing and communication systems.

Why Organize a Special Session

Special Sessions at ICICCS-2026 offer a focused platform to bring together experts in specific areas that align with the broader conference themes. Organizing a session gives you the opportunity to shape discussions around cutting-edge topics, build a network of contributors, and support the dissemination of innovative research.

Benefits for Session Organizers

  • Accepted papers will be published in the ICICCS-2026 conference proceedings.
  • Organizers will serve as Session Chairs at the conference.
  • Papers from your session may be recommended for extended publication in journals indexed in SCIE, Scopus, ESCI, DBLP, or ACM Digital Library.
  • Special discounts on registrations may be offered if minimum participation requirements are met.
  • A Virtual Credit Note of 15 % of total registrations under your session can be used toward approved conference expenses.
  • The session Chair or Convener receives a complimentary conference registration as a non-author invited delegate.
