Happy New Year!
It’s already 2012- time to turn up the pressure on Cargill. We’d love to see you at these two events, both a teach-in on the 15th and “Citizens’ Arrest” themed rally on Jan. 21st -part of a national day of action against corporate personhood.

WANTED for Profiteering off People and Planet: Cargill, Inc.
This corporate 'person' is GUILTY of putting profit over people and planet.
Help stage a citizens’ arrest of Cargill, Inc. in front of the Grain Exchange to apprehend Cargill Inc. as a corporate impostor posing as a person with constitutional rights, and hold Cargill accountable for its crimes of prioritizing profits over people and planet.
Search Party & Rally: Saturday, January 21, 2012
Time: 12:00pm - 1:30pm.
Where: March from People’s Plaza to the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (S. 4th St. @ S. 4th Ave)
It's up to us, the 99%, to bring this elusive Mr. Cargill, Inc. to justice.
Bring a list of any Cargill corporate crimes you have witnessed to help compile a full list of grievances.
This rally is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact, resist corporate personhood, and bring together allies working on unique aspects of the same issues: food, food justice, sustainability, climate, workers rights, accountability, etc. This rally is beyond palm oil, it’s challenging Cargill’s model of profits above well-being. We are so much stronger together… please forward this along!
