Hi,
I would like to calculate the total matter power spectrum from RAMSES snapshots.
I am currently doing the following:
- from the known position of DM particles, I calculate DM density field using CIC interpolation
- since I know the gas density field at some AMR level, I calculate the total matter overdensity field as a mass-weighted sum
𝛿𝑚=𝑓𝑑𝑚𝛿𝑑𝑚+𝑓𝑏𝛿𝑏,
with
𝑓𝑑𝑚=Ω𝑑𝑚Ω𝑚,
𝑓𝑏=Ω𝑏Ω𝑚
- Compute the power spectrum

I would like to ask if this procedure is correct.
