Problem in tsc_sink_particle.

Dear Ramses User group, 

I'm encountering an issue that I'm sure has a simple solution, but I can't find it in the documents.

The error is:

From what I read the issue occurs if Ramses is trying to create a sink too close to another one? I can play with the sink accretion and softening radius, but I would rather not because I want to compare this with some others sims...
