Lilianna Visit

To all,

My visit with Lilianna went well. Analicia actually came down from the Poconos and we went together. Lilianna is very sweet and has a gentle spirit. She was a good conversationalist and has a wry sense of humor. It was very much like my father's, Witty and corny. She said I had Ana's big eyes and I said, no, these are really mine and winked at her and we all laughed. She is childlike and there is no guile in her at all. 

She is lonely for family. But she has a loving community there and the aides there are very nice to her. She did have a list of things she needed. I did bring her a little purse for her things and Analicia gave her soaps she said that Caridad liked. Lilianna wanted a GPS unit so she could walk around the facility but we told her she really didn't need one to walk the halls. I think she thinks they are neat so she asked for one. Analicia made a list.

Lilianna wonders why nobody visits her. She thinks it is because she is retarded (her words). She knows Melanio(?) has passed on and misses him. She deserves more attention and we will be visiting her again in the near future.

PS: Enclosed is a RAW and restored picture of Marcelina and Felicita. I really worked on restoring proper exposure, detail and removed all that lint on the faces. Also a picture of Lilianna,  Analicia and myself. Enjoy!

PS2: For those who don't know, Lilianna is the daughter of Juan Candido Ramos y Torres and Felicita Perez y Ramos.
