Help with names

Ok, I need everybody's help on this one.

Enclosed is a birth certificate for a son (1895-) of Jose Miguel Yrizarry and Juana Francisca Ramos. Paternal Grandparents are Mariano Yrizarry and Maria Antonia Torres. Maternal Grandparents are Ramon Ramos and Francisca Torres.

Is this correct? The records are very difficult to read. I still can not read the son's name in the left margin. Please help.

This record may or may not be a (direct) relative for any one of us but I am intent on at least understanding who beget whom. Duey Alto is a root town for our family as is Rosario. Our Great Grandfather raised some of our respective Grandparents there. This is the very heart of genealogical research.
