Please be reminded that our revised
CEP pricing is now in place. To continue enjoying your CEP subscription at
the original pricing, please also take note of the following terms and
conditions:
Credit Card payment
1. Please ensure that there is
sufficient credit in your credit card account on the date of deduction.
Unsuccessful deductions for a consecutive period of 3 months will render
the subscription as being terminated. Any re-subscription after 3 months
will be considered a new subscription which will follow the revised fee
structure.
2. Deductions are usually made
within the first 10 days of the month.
3. Please keep us informed whenever
there are changes to your credit card details. You may use the Credit Card
Update form for this purpose.
Giro payment (Only applicable to
Singaporean IBOs)
1. Please ensure that there are
sufficient funds in your bank account on the date of deduction.
Unsuccessful deductions for a consecutive period of 3 months will render
the subscription as being terminated. Any re-subscription after 3 months
will be considered a new subscription which will follow the revised price
structure.
2. Deductions are usually made
within the first 10 days of the month. Alternatively, you may email us at malarv...@n21.com on your
preferred period of deduction (1st to 10th of the month, 11th to 20th of
the month or 21st to 30th/31st of the month).
Change in payment mode
Please ensure that there is no
subscription gap between changes in payment mode. Any subscription gap will
be deemed as a termination and a re-subscription will be considered a new
subscription which will follow the revised fee structure.
