Actually there is.
Under "Filter" go to "Region Out Of Focus". Tick the "reverse this area" box" then chose "WHITE" on the options.
Adjust size and feather and move the target area to your desired area to be edited. This will make you adjust a specific area in the photo you'd want to adjust. Then Choose either Brighten, Deepen, Darken or any of the options you'd want. Adjust level to your preference.Lastly, tick OK. I also use this to sharpen selected portions of the photo I want. This is the technique I use for editing portraits. My entire stream is all edited using photoscape.

I've installed photoscape x on my Windows 10 computer, but can not find where the .exe file is stored. For example, "regular" photoscape is stored in c:\program files\photoscape\photoscape.exe . I can't seem to find where the X version .exe file is installed on my computer. If anyone has installed photoscape x on there win10 computer, where did it install to?
