"Approval for the Mayor and/or City Administrator to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Roswell and Krause Family Foundation for the City to accept a donation of the design, construction and operation of the Angela Krause Tennis, Pickleball and Fitness Center by the Krause Family Foundation and for the City to dedicate 60 acres of Big Creek Park for construction and operation of the Angela Krause Tennis, Pickleball and Fitness Center."

"Prior to entering into the Lease and upon receipt of written approval from the City of Roswell, the Foundation, at its sole option and discretion, may begin site preparation and grading work for the Tennis Center on the Property"
