Fellow Riders:

Now it’s time for cooler weather and long rides on the trails. This includes a full season of NIGHT RIDES!

November is a great time to ride in the Southeast. It’s also time to submit nominations for the 2018 RAMBO Board of Directors. We need your participation an input.

Here is a quick list of all that’s happening in November:

Don’t forget the all important RAMBO Chapter Meeting Monday November 20 (location TBD). We will be accepting nominations for the 2018 RAMBO Board of Directors.

Thursday November 9 

FIRST RAMBO NIGHT RIDE of the season at Big Creek.  Charge up those riding lights, register with Roswell Parks & Rec (http://www.roswellgov.com/government/departments/recreation-and-parks/registration-recreation-information ). Sign up for single rid 13699-1 or buy multiple ride packages:

Saturday November 11

Kids Skills Clinic - starts at 2:00PM. Want the young ones to learn the skills and techniques to successfully negotiate the MTB trails? RAMBO has what you need with our series of Kids Skills Clinics. Bring your kids out to receive training by RAMBO experts.  Meet in the lower lot at Big Creek Park. 

Saturday, November 11

RAMBO Trail Building Party -  at 10:00AM. RAMBO is rebuilding the Dirt Jump Park in the Big Creek Free Ride area. Meet at the Free Ride parking lot off of Wooten Road. RAMBO will provide tools and LUNCH. We need the most volunteers on Sunday as Saturday will be focused on heavy machinery.

Sunday, November 12

RAMBO Trail Building Party II -  at 09:00AM. RAMBO is rebuilding the Dirt Jump Park in the Big Creek Free Ride area. Meet at the Free Ride parking lot off of Wooten Road. RAMBO will provide tools and LUNCH.

Wednesday, November 15 

Second RAMBO NIGHT RIDE of the season at Big Creek.  Charge up those riding lights, register with Roswell Parks & Rec (http://www.roswellgov.com/government/departments/recreation-and-parks/registration-recreation-information ). Sign up for single rid 13699-2 or buy multiple ride packages:

Saturday November 18 

Specialized Bike Demo sponsored by Roswell Bicycles. Ride the latest bikes from Specialized at Big Creek park.  The fun starts at 10 and runs through 3 PM.  

Monday November 20

RAMBO Chapter Meeting location TBD - Keep you eyes on our web page  at RAMBO-MTB.org. We will be accepting nominations for the 2018 RAMBO Board of Directors.

Wednesday November 29 (a dual event day)

Giant Bikes demo sponsored by Roswell Bicycles at Big Creek from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
