I am struggling with the Blueform select command ...

The Blueform documentation provides this short snippet ...

form_for(@data, :method => :post) do |f|
  f.select 'Country', :country_list
end

However, there is no indication on how to build the :country_list element.

I would very much appreciate a longer description or a short working example.
