•Ravi to visit Cubberley and ask a ton of questions

•Tables for snacks

•Can we use Dry Ice

•Can we control lights ourselves or do we need a tech?

•Are there any moveable platforms for Throne?

•Gayitri – Excel sheet of advertisers & Flyer second version

•Satish – Send the email to the group about

•Vatsala – Book the hall for dress rehearsal for Nov 3rd & 10th from 1 – 6 pm

•Meera -  Contact Mona to ask about the background transitions. Complete MIME script for all scenes .

•Srinivas – Procure Slide Projectors for Nov 3rd, 10th and 17th.

•Hemakka – Get back to Vatsala on the dress rehearsal time on Sat. Send the draft scenes out.

•Srinivas & Sriram – Ask for Thrones from Silicon Andhra. Check Diwali conflict.

•Srikanth – Setup an eVite list for event reminder.

•Uma – Contact Bala vihar with Rama for costumes & accessories.

•Uma – When the actors are finalized draft parents.

•Bama – Starting time for show on Nov 17th & Ticket Template from last time
