Dear member of the RMS,

This is my last email from the sacred office of the secretary that I was entrusted with, especially by the past president Dinesh Singh who invited me to take on this responsibility nearly four years back.

I was always aware that it is a collective endeavour, and I am happy to leave the scene after a rather demanding longish term of three years, with some satisfaction of having put together a reorganized website, as also some work on cleaning the membership data right from the beginning. I wish to record my deep gratitude to the efficient admins Anil Joshi, Sheetal and Shalini for their diligence and patience in making this work possible.

The available membership data had certain discrepancies, possibly arising from the fact that the data was begun from a time when the e-mode was non-existent. The revamped data is made fully available to each member after their login to the member area, and navigating to the Member --> Resources --> Member List hypertext. Updated member id cards are also available upon clicking the Member --> Resources --> Get ID hypertext. Please use your updated membership numbers henceforth. To upkeep the crucial membership data in proper shape, I request you to strictly ensure that the new members you are going to enlist, should apply online by going to this link, clicking on Apply, and uploading the necessary documents.

The recently finalized minutes of the GB meeting held online on 6th August, 2021, in conjunction with the 36th Annual Conference of the RMS will soon be posted here on the website.

I end this note with a sense of gratitude, and with my warmest greetings to the new office bearers on the EC of the RMS.
