New prevent deletion property

Hi all,

After almost deleting something in my RAMADDA that I didn't want to, I added a new "Prevent deletion" property. This locks an entry and possibly the entire tree of entries below and stops any deletion.

Just add a property like below-

And set the flag to true-

If you set it to inherited than any entry below this entry will also be locked.
