Changes to access control

Hi all,

I have recently made some changes to the entry access control mechanism in RAMADDA. There was some complicated logic in how one specifies access to entries. Some of this dated back 13 years and was in need of cleaning up and simplifying.

If you believe that your RAMADDA repository contains some access settings I would suggest that once you install the new release (below) you check to make sure everything is copacetic. An easy way to do this is go to the Admin->Access page. This lists all of the access settings in the entire repository. Viewing those entries in private browsing mode (or in another browser) allows you to double check that there is correct behavior.
