Rama 0.11.4 released

The version is jumping from 0.11.0 to 0.11.4 because we've done three releases of the full Rama release for private beta users since the last public release. We're keeping the versions of the public and full versions in sync as any API updates are synced between them.

Changelog:

• Add "test PState" facility for both the Java API and Clojure API. 
• Remove restrictions on having multiple keys with compound map aggregation
• Add clj-kondo.export hooks to the build
• Fix: allow arbitrary expressions/vars/constants to be used as keys in compound map aggregation in Java API
• Fix: allow custom module names in Clojure API to be arbitrary expressions
• Fix: allow optional docstring for defbasicsegmacro
