It seems that to cover the use cases of feature stores such as https://chronon.ai/, "feature platforms" like tecton.ai, ML driven systems like recommendation engines, or (LLM) agent frameworks, having a Python programming API is a must.

Are there plans for Python API for Rama?

With the recent release of the REST API, it's now possible to build clients in Python that read/write to a Rama cluster. Programming Rama modules themselves in Python would be nice, but it's not on our immediate roadmap. Whether this is practical for making an AI application depends on how much of the logic is in the client vs. inside the module. For many AI applications the Rama module side could be a relatively small amount of Java or Clojure code to materialize some views to serve as feature stores.
