Hi everyone!
I've been living it up in Berkeley for the last month. After 3 years of working on my own, it's a lot of fun to be working in an office with other people.
CHAI is located in Berkeley Way West, which is a UCB building right outside campus. The 8th floor belongs to BAIR, which is Berkeley AI Research, and CHAI occupies three rows of workstations in that floor.
I'm working alongside 20 other interns, each working on their own research direction, though unlike me, many of them teamed up to work together. I haven't teamed up though; I like to be the sole decision-maker of my research.
Research-wise, I've spent the last month investigating oscillations in cooperation rates in my agents. I gave a talk at the weekly All-Hands meeting, where I talked about this, as well as my research mission and other things.
Here's the video of my talk: http://r.rachum.com/chai-intro-talk

See you next month, Ram.
