Update 10/21

Hello Team Sanity! This is your promised once a day update on all
things Rally CHI STYLE!

We had a lot of press today, one of my favorite ones is the radio

Also, forget Oprah, someone should get on the horn to Obama, he will
be down the block from our Rally:

But in all seriousness do be aware of the Obama event cause it may
cause more traffic issues for those of you driving in.

Well it is tough to give an update today cause soooo much stuff is in
the air. I did find out a few things.

Our T-shirt lead can't donate, but can do $4 per shirt. We have one
last lead to follow before we go with the best offer for Security and
Volunteer shirts.

Speaking of Volunteers we are in need, specifically in need of folks
who are comfortable lifting to help assemble the stage. Please visit
the Discussion Tab to sign up. And thank the wonderful rally member

We are also looking for folks who would like to do a "poster run" that
is you will pick up some posters from a designated spot TBD and flyer
your neighborhood with them. You can also find info on that in the
same Volunteer section.

As well as more to be announced soon. We are still waiting to lock in
the Jumbo Tron and want to give lots of time to view DC as well.

Today I did drop off our security deposit with the Chicago Park Dist
for $5,000 so that is all set. We still have a few issues with our
security plan so that is what my main focus is for the next few days.

And finally tonight we are having an unofficial meet and greet at
Wrigleyville Goose Island at Addison and Clark at 9pm. BC will be
playing and I will be by and would love to meet some of you, answer
questions, and take any donations you might like to give. Please note
the $5 door cover will NOT go to the rally. This is unofficial cause
Goose Island isn't sponsoring it, it just happens to be where I will
be tonight and thought it might be nice to meet folks.

Hopefully lots more strings will be tied up before the weekend and I
will have loads of news for you tomorrow.
