Dear Friend,

This Sunday, we’ll honor those who gave us life at our 4pm Meditation at the Raleigh Temple. Our practice will feature a guided meditation to cultivate gratitude for the maternal figures who nurtured us and helped us grow.

If possible, please invite your mother to join us. If your mom isn’t able to be with us in person, you’re encouraged to bring a photo of her for our guided meditation.

Mother’s Day may not always evoke joy and pride – it might also uncover hurt, grief, and more. In this very personal talk, Reverend WonGong shares her own journey of healing the relationship with her mother.

Speaking of mothers and children…
