Join us this Sunday, 4 PM at the Raleigh Temple for some peaceful meditation practice! We’ll start our session with some qigong and stretching, then continue our mindful practice with seated meditation. We’ll wrap our practice with some wonderful dharma discussion.
Everyone is welcome—newcomers and seasoned practitioners alike!

You're invited to our Great Awakening Day Meditation next Sunday, April 26, 4 PM. We’ll have qigong and stretching, guided meditation and reflections, and a sound bath as well. You won’t want to miss this special day!
Also, if you have been practicing Sa-Gyeong since the first of the month, please remember to bring it with you to showcase on our dharma display table on April 26th. If you haven’t been participating, join us for the final week!

Sa-gyeong (pronounced: sah-gyuhng) is a traditional Buddhist practice of mindfully copying sacred texts by hand. Through this quiet, focused writing, we can cultivate concentration, clarity, and a deeper connection to the teachings. You may choose one of these Dharma chants (attached file) and practice writing the same one daily—either in simple handwriting or in a more creative, artistic style:
We hope you will join us in this practice—wherever you are—as a meditative discipline, carried out with sincerity and mindfulness.
Palms together,
Jenn (Jae Hee) for Reverends WonGong & Shaun
Your Practice is the heartbeat of our dharma community.
