Dear Friend,

Let’s welcome 2026 at our 4:00 PM Meditation Practice, January 4 at the Raleigh Temple. We’ll begin with gentle stretching and qigong to prepare our bodies for peaceful seated meditation. In this state of clarity and calm, we will contemplate our intentions and aspirations for the New Year. Join us to start your year with the support of temple friends both old and new!

If your intentions include growing your spiritual wisdom or finding more inner peace, then keep reading – we have some great upcoming opportunities to support you.
