Dear Friend,
As 2025 draws to a close, it is the perfect time to let go of any thoughts, habits or emotions that no longer serve us. If you’re looking to enter 2026 feeling free of excess burdens, then join us this Sunday at 4:00 PM at the Raleigh Temple. We’ll enjoy a letting-go ceremony as part of our community meditation practice. We hope to see you there!
New Year’s Day Celebration (Jan. 1, 11:00 AM)
Celebrate the first day of the New Year with meditation, prayers, and music. This service will be taking place at the Chapel Hill Temple for those attending in person and will also be live-streamed on our YouTube channel. Learn more about this special event here.

We hope your year-end days have been peaceful and reflective.
We look forward to seeing you today at 4 PM on our final Sunday of 2025. Our special year-end letting-go meditation will reflect on the theme of “A Good Ending Begets a Good Beginning.”
Here are a few reminders so that we can create a beautiful ending ceremony.
· Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in; the program will start promptly at 4 PM.
· Please mindfully park from the end of the parking lot; we appreciate your cars close to one another to accommodate everyone joining us.
· Wear loose-fitting clothing so you can relax and breathe easily; wear clean socks to maintain the cleanliness of our meditation hall.
· In consideration of others, please do not use any scented personal products.
