Dear Friend,

Every Sunday is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and return to our calm and clear true nature. We hope you’ll join us tomorrow December 14 at 4:00pm at the Raleigh Temple to experience the many benefits of meditating as a group.

We’ll also explore one of the core values of Won Buddhism: inquiry. We will cultivate our curious, questioning minds with a Q&A on the topic of Karma. "What is karma?" "How does karma relate to our practice?" All questions are good questions here, and you’re encouraged to bring yours to the discussion.

Coziest Retreat of the Year

Next Saturday, make the most of the Winter Solstice with a half-day retreat… all from the comfort of home! You’ll learn the warming DahnJon furnace meditation technique, renew your energy through qigong and decluttering, and relax completely with a healing sound bath. Learn more and sign up today.

Gifts that Give Back

Our Temple gift shop is not only a great place to find unique and beautiful items for gifting… it’s also a way to support our Temple this holiday season and all year long! We have beautiful handmade bracelets, warming incense, thought-provoking dharma books, and more. Browse the shop before or after meditation practice. The proceeds from every purchase support our temple.

Palms together,

Paige (Doh Jin) for Reverends WonGong & Shaun

Your Practice is the heartbeat of our dharma community.
