Wishing all the members a
Happy Blood Donor Day!
Members of our community are
doing something worthwhile to help fellow beings in need.
This may be in the form of
participating in blood donation camps and/or more importantly responding to
blood requests during emergencies. The response to camps can be improved to a great extent. We are only averaging 35 donations in our camps. We will be having our next blood donation camp pretty shortly.
I would like to mention Brijay's name who has literally saved the life of a
mother and her baby boy. Brijay's donation at the nick of time facilitated the delivery
operation. The parents and the child are indebted to Brijay for life.

There have been numerous requests especially during the last few weeks. Most of these requests are from Jayadeva hospital. I have tried to capture most of the donors in this email.
I am sure I have missed out many more names. Please accept my apologies if you find your name missing and let me know so that I will include your names in the next roll-out.
