Mission Mashkil and Chapter Rel/Eds

To whom it may concern,

            There are two fairly important matters that I would like to call to everyone’s attention.  First, for all of those who have led a service/participated in some manner in the service for the first time should notify me of this (please include event at which it was done and part of the service).  Second, I would like the contact info of all the chapter Rel/Eds so if you are a chapter Rel/Ed please inform me and if you know someone’s contact information who is a chapter Rel/Ed, please give it to me.
