Dear Colleagues,

 

Sub.  :  Indefinite strike from 25th February 2014.

 

Further to my email dated 21st February 2014 on the above subject, it is now clarified that there will be NO supply to any type of customer in any part of the Country. Please co-operate and make the strike a successful one.  Please follow the guidelines given below :

  

  1. NO HOME DELIVERY FROM 25 FEB 2014.
  2. NO C & C DELIVERY EX- GODOWN FROM 25 FEB 2014.
  3. NO DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS, FACTORIES  & NDCE CUSTOMERS FROM 25 FEB 2014.
  4. NO DELIVERY TO ANY TYPE OF NDNE CUSTOMERS FROM 25 FEB 2014.
  5. NO LPG SHOWROOM TRANSACTIONS FROM 25 FEB 2014.
  6. NOT TO OPEN LPG SHOWROOM & GODOWN FROM 25 FEB 2014.
  7. LOCK THE GATES, SHUT DOWN SHUTTERS AND STAY AWAY FROM SHOWROOM   AND GODOWN.
  8. DO NOT TRANSFER FUNDS/PLACE INDENTS TODAY FOR TOMORROW’S LOAD.
  9. ENSURE THAT NO FILLED CYLINDER TRUCK IS WAITING IN FRONT OF GODOWN TOMORROW.
  10. BUY ONLY AS MUCH AS CYLINDERS WANTED FOR TODAY.
  11. DUMP NDNE CYLINDERS TO ALL YOU IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS TODAY,SO THAT THEY CAN MANAGE FOR 2-3 DAYS.
  12. ALL DISTRIBUTORS OF ONE CITY / TOWN  / MARKET TO BE TOGETHER AT A COMMON PLACE, SAY SOME ONE HOME SO THAT EACH ONE CAN SUPPORT THE OTHER AND BE AVAILABLE FOR PASSING OF INFO ON URGENT BASIS.
  13. PASTE ENCLOSED COPY OF  BANNER/PRINT OUT ON YOUR SHOWROOM SHUTTER AND GODOWN GATE.

 

Please ensure complete closure of showrooms & godown and request your nearby distributor to co-operate in making the strike a success.  State bodies may circulate the above directions to all the distributors in their city/state.
