Job Title: Lead (Chatbot testing, agent testing _Healthcare domain _QA Lead_Salesforce testing)
Rate: $55 /hr
Work Location: Hartford, CT 06156

Contract duration: 6 months

Mandatory

• Healthcare domain experience

• Salesforce testing
• AI assurance experience (Chatbot testing, agent testing)

• Web automation using Java/Selenium (or COPADO)
• Salesforce testing

Good to have:
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Contact Center experience
