Important Candidate Requirements
- Day 1 will be onsite in Hartford, CT. Candidates must be 100% committed to relocating before accepting the offer.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification is mandatory.
- Candidate's LinkedIn profile must include a photo and the location must match the location submitted with the candidate.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Salesforce/SFDC Development experience with strong hands-on experience in:
- Salesforce CRM
- Apex
- Apex Classes
- Apex Triggers
- SOQL
- Visualforce Pages
- Workflows & Approvals
- Dashboards
- Custom Objects
- Package Installations
- Email Templates
- Formulas
- Validation Rules
- AppExchange
- Apex Data Loader
- Roles & Profiles
- 2+ year of hands-on Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with:
- Apex
- Core Java
- JavaScript
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce development tools, including:
- Force.com IDE
- Apex Data Loader
- ANT
- AutoRABIT — preferred
- Hands-on experience building AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- SAFe methodology experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model, including collaboration and coordination with offshore development/support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GitHub.
- Experience with RTC.
- Experience with test/automation tools.
- Experience with IVR technologies, such as:
- Avaya
- Cisco
- Chatbot technologies
