Salesforce Business Analyst
Experience Required: 5–8 Years (minimum 3 years working with Salesforce)
Location: Saint Louis, Denver and Charlotte- Onsite
Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business
stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have
strong functional knowledge of Salesforce and experience in translating
business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business users to gather and document detailed requirements and use cases.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Create and maintain functional documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in Salesforce configuration (flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules).
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5–8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning features.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Experience in Telecom or Cable domain is a plus.
