Responsibilities:
· Lead the Finance & Controlling (FICO) , partnering with business stakeholders.
· Manage S/4 AMS deliverables from the client side, focusing on finance-related incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
· Drive vendor accountability by ensuring timely resolution of issues, compliance with SLAs, and transparency in reporting.
· Act as an SME in S/4 FICO while staying hands-on with configuration, issue resolution, and change requests.
· Provide expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
· Ensure end-to-end integration with PP, MM, SD, and other modules in the S/4 environment.
· Manage month-end and year-end close cycles within AMS scope.
· Provide functional oversight for testing, cutover, and Hypercare, ensuring seamless stabilization.
· Coach and guide junior consultants, building internal capability for ongoing AMS delivery.
Requirements:
1. 8–12 years of SAP experience, with at least 2 end-to-end S/4 FICO implementations and strong AMS support experience.
2. Deep knowledge across FI sub-modules and CO processes.
3. Expertise in product costing, profitability analysis, and integration with logistics modules.
4. Proven track record in AMS delivery, including incident reduction, stabilization, and process optimization.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client leadership skills.
